3rd Ahmadi to be murdered in 6 weeks
An Ahmadi man was shot dead last night in Khanpur, a city in the Rahim Yar Khan District of Bahawalpur Division, in the Punjab province of Pakistan.
62 year old Basharat Ahmed was left to die on road side after unknown gunmen shot him at close range, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at spokes person reported in the social media.
Victim was on his way home from his gas station when he was attacked.
According to Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at Pakistan, Basharat Ahmad is survived by his wife and 3 children -- a daughter & 2 sons.
Basharat Ahmad is 3rd Ahmadi targeted for his faith in the last 35 days in Punjab.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community believes in Chief Prophet (Chief Khalifatulllah) Hadrat Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, according to holy quran they also believe in other Prophets (Khalifatullah) before and after Chief Prophet (Chief Khalifatullah) Muhammad SM. According to chapter Nur of Holy Quran Ahmadiyya Muslim Community believes in uninterrupted Prophet (Khalifatullah) institution in Islam. In absence of Prophet, they also believe in Prophet-in-Charge (Khalifatullah-in-Charge) Hadrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad who is the present World Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Then why Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is declared as Non-Muslim in the Constitution of Pakistan ? I invite the law-makers of Pakistan to amend the Pakistan Constitution, ensure the fundamental rights of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in the Pak Constitution. Allah is the best Guardian and Protector for all the members of World Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in the world.
