Sri Lanka: Quran Sinhala Translation Gifted to Cabinet Minister Chandrani Bandara
Co-ordinating Secretary to the Minister Mr. M.Y.M. Sakeer JP welcomed the delegation and expressed his willingness to accept the Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation on behalf of the Minister.

A three member delegation from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Sri Lanka (AMJSL) comprising Mr. A. Abdul Aziz, Press Secretary and National Director Faith Outreach – AMJSL, Moulavi A.B. Musthaq Ahmad – Chief Missionary (AMJSL), and Moulavi K.M. Munir visited Ministry of Women and Child Affairs in Colombo to gift Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation to Honorable Minister (Mrs.) Chandrani Bandara recently (29 November 2017).
Co-ordinating Secretary to the Minister Mr. M.Y.M. Sakeer JP welcomed the delegation and expressed his willingness to accept the Holy Qur’an Sinhala Translation on behalf of the Minister.
Jama’at delegation also presented the Sinhala Translation of the book: ‘World Crisis and the Pathway To Peace.
Mr. M.Y.M. Sakeer JP – a non-ahmadi, well informed about the Jama’at as he has contacts with an Ahmadi here in Colombo, assured the delegation for an appointment with the Minister once Parliament proceedings were over.
