A sculpture of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was just revealed for the first time at the British Museum in London and we have to just take a second to appreciate it.

Unveiled by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, the ceremony was well attended by the city’s top officials

After the reveal, the bust of Quaid was moved to Lincoln’s Inn, its new home. Lincoln’s Inn, an institution that has long been preparing students for their law exams, was regularly visited by Jinnah in the pursuit of his degree.

It’s an honor to see Jinnah being recognized in a place as prestigious as Lincoln’s Inn and knowing that his efforts were noticed by people all over the world.

Suffice to say, it was a pretty big deal for Pakistanis all over the world.

Pakistanis from all corners of the world were calling it a historic moment for the celebration of Jinnah’s place and status as an iconic leader of not only Pakistan but also his stature in international politics and the world affairs, at large.

For many, it was particularly the fact that Lincoln’s Inn, Jinnah’s legal alma mater, chose to honor him that was especially worth being proud over.
