'AHMADIYYATISLAM' – THE TERM IS BOUND TO BECOME A HOUSEHOLD WORD

Truth straight from the source has no match in the world full of punditry

London, UK: Those who are looking for reliability in the news - or at least in the news pertaining to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, need to agonize no more.

With new technology in hand Ahmadiyya Press Office will shootout facts - 140 characters at a time - to anyone looking for truth without commentary.

‘How will they do it?’, you may ask. Well, the ‘140 characters’ is a good give away. Ahmadiyya Press Office has initiated a Twitter account. Anyone convinced of the twitter’s usefulness can ‘follow’ AhmadiyyatIslam on twitter and get the news as it breaks.

“It is an easy and free way for people to get genuine official Jamaat information, rather than the lies and propaganda that are dissipated on a number of anti-Ahmadiyya websites.” said Abid Khan, Press Secretary for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

The measure, approved by the Khalifa of Islam, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Community, will allow the community to get the breaking news instantly.

“To join this service is very easy and quick”, said Abid Kahn. "Any person wishing to join should visit http://www.Twitter.com/AhmadiyyatIslam.”

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has tens of millions of followers and is established in 193 countries of the world. The community has currently built over 15,500 mosques, 510 schools, over 30 hospitals, and has translated the Qur’an in over 118 languages.

The AhmadiyyatIslam account has immediately attracted several hundred ‘followers’. The editors of AhmadiyyaTimes.com have endorsed the live ‘tweet’ window of the AhmadiyyaIslam during the introductory period.

    I've checked your website and you don't seem to be advertising a book by Simon Valentine, Islam & the Ahmadiyya Jama'at, Hurst & Co, New York, 2008 which presents you lot in a very good light. I read it recently and, as a Muslim, it made me look at Ahmadi in a new way. It argues quite well that you ought to be regarded as Muslim.
