A message to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan by an Ahmadi Muslim

"You have reached a point where God will close His doors of mercy upon you. You have changed the course of humanity. You have stopped loving His creation. You do not stand with mankind with peace and love. You have forgotten how to love." [Munir A. Noor, New Jersey]

The atrocity committed by Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan against Ahmadiyya Muslims Community in Lahore, Pakistan on the day of 28th May 2010, has only increased the cause of peace in our hearts. We will never forget the day we lost our brothers who were prostrating in front of God while militants open-fired and killed 98 members of our community. To Lord we belong and to Him we shall return. Following are the words of my father, Munir Ahmad Noor, who lost two relatives in this incident. I translated for him as best as I could:
Even today when our brothers in faith and blood have died in Pakistan, we are patient. We will stand steadfast on the path of righteousness. We will not waiver from the path of love and peace even if you kill us till the end.

We promise to lay down our lives, our property, our children for the cause of the faith and peace. We will not bow down in front of you or ask for YOUR help. Instead, we will prostrate in front of God and ask Him for help.

Now you should wait to be targeted by God’s decree, which will issue like fire upon your heads. But even today we hope and pray that you come to the right path. And if you don’t, then get ready to face God’s judgment for He sees what you do not see.

God loves His creation wherever He has spread them. He loves regardless of race, ethnicity and religion. Do not call for His punishment by spilling innocent blood. Do not call for His anger to manifest itself upon you. Ask for forgiveness if you are still able to. God’s teachings do not permit you to even kill an animal without a reason but you spilled the blood of fellow human beings. How do you think God must feel? He gave them life and you took it away from them. Are you trying to become God?

Today you will only be saved if you prostrate in front of God and ask for forgiveness. You will only be saved if you repeal the blasphemy laws and you stand with humanity with sympathy in your heart. Prostrate in front of God so that you may be saved from the destruction that awaits you.

Your matters and problems will not be solved without God’s help. Just hope and pray that you have not forever rejected His help by killing His innocent people. Again I say, prostrate in front of that Merciful God so that you can be saved. Without Him, you have no one to help you. This is the only way you will ever pull yourself out of your difficulties.

"Whosoever killed a person – unless it be for killing a person or for creating disorder in the land – it shall be as if he had killed all mankind," (Al Maidah, Ch.5: v. 33)

Think about the above verse and ask yourselves what you have done. It's as if you have obliterated generations after generations by killing 98 innocent Ahmadis. As if you have killed whole of mankind....

May God mend our hearts and prevent us from praying for your destruction because UNLIKE YOU, that is not our religion and faith. Amen.

You have not engaged in war with us for we do not have any weapons to defend ourselves. Prayers and love are our only defense against your animosity. You have challenged God and now you will see how He will destroy you by His own means. We ask you to come to the path of peace and righteousness so that you may be saved. Even today, as our hearts weeps, we call upon you with mercy.

Close down your Madrassas and your training camps where you train a generation of people who will commit the same atrocities as you. You have reached a point where God will close His doors of mercy upon you. You have changed the course of humanity. You have stopped loving His creation. You do not stand with mankind with peace and love. You have forgotten how to love.

Again, ask for God’s help and forgiveness so that you might be saved. Ahmadi Muslims would even embrace you today but you have closed your hearts towards us. You have to make the first effort to win our hearts again. We are dismantled and discouraged by the evil you have shown us.

But we are not helpless. The Almighty God watches over us closely. He will show you how wrong you are in your pursuit of killing innocent people and shedding the blood of His creatures.

  2. The lives of so many innocent ahmadis will not go wasted rather they will work as catalysts for the speedy spread of Ahmadyyat. The real problem will be faced by those hwo have openly denied to acccept the Imaam of the Time & Promised Mahdi & Messiah. These are the people who have invited the wrath of Allah Almighty.Allas they could really understand why they are falling into deepest & dark valleys destined for non believers.
