Just as the 9/11 hijackers misrepresented Islam, the Dove World Outreach Center misrepresents the beautiful teachings of Jesus Christ, who, like Muhammad, urged tolerance and forbearance rather than hateful acts such as burning Qurans ("Beware endgame of intolerance," Aug. 29).

As an Ahmadi Muslim, I firmly believe burning a religious scripture has no place in Christianity or Islam.
