ISLAMABAD, (SANA): The political and religious parties have decided to start movement against the desecration of Holly Quran and Blasphemy of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in hands of Western countries. They decided to promote the education of Holy Quran in all over the world and decided to made arrangements to sent delegations in all over the world.
Syed Munawar Hassan, Amir Jamaat-e-Islami said while addressing the National Conference, which was organized by Tehrike Hurrmate-e-Quran Pakistan, said that after 9/11 Pakistan and Afghanistan suffered a lot. The West had continually headed desecration of Holy Quran and Blasphemy of Muhammad (PBUH) that’s why these kinds of incidents are increasing.
He said that Islam is now spreading rapidly in West, adding that West propagate about the rights of women against in Islam but after 9/11 a large number of Western women embarrassed Islam.
Syed Munawar Hassan said that no one have right to play with the emotions of some one and make him angry. He said that at the name of freedom of expression they are doing desecration of Holly Quran and Blasphemy of Muhammad (PBUH), adding that practical strategy is needed to stop this.
He criticized the role of OIC that this organization is failed to achieve its goals. He said that we would have to spread Islam through media, internet, and articles in the world.
Raja Zafar ul Haq the Secretary General of Motamar Alam-e-Islami said that the West doing such kind of acts of desecration of Holly Quran and Blasphemy of Muhammad (PBUH) from past, but now the act of Terry Jones make the hard reaction of Muslims, adding that such kind of acts increased the tension between Muslims and West.
He said that in the foreign minister’s conference of OIC three years ago he suggested that steps should be taken to avoid these kinds of incidents in the future and initiative should be there for the dialogues between the religions and Muslim countries should sent their delegations in the west for the preaching of Islam.
He said that after 9/11 incident 6 percent non-Muslims become Muslims, adding that to stop the desecration of Holly Quran and the blasphemy of Prophets we have to get together internationally because all Muslims have deep concerns about their religion.
Hafiz Muhammad Saeed the Amir Jamaatu Dawwa said in his address that now the time has come of the defeat of evil forces and now Islam would rule the world, adding that the Quran has said that disconnect the relations with the people those do decoration of Quran and blasphemy of Prophets.
He said the government always tries to make happy the evil forces but actually respect is in the hands of Allah.
Professor Sajid Mir the President of Jamiat Ahle Hadith, former DG ISI General (retd) Hameed Gul and President of Jamiat Ulma-e-Pakistan also addressed the conference.
Meanwhile at the end of the conference the declaration of the conference was released which states that the relations should be ended with those who are involved in making fun of Islam, Holy Quran and Prophets, Terry Jones should be arrested and punished and Muslim countries should allocate three percent of their budget for the promotion of Islam.
According to details after the meeting a communiqué was released. It was stated in the meeting that west should give up its negative policies, adding that we can only become successful in both lives if we follow teaching of Islam.
It was condemned in the meeting that the West is presenting Quran as a dangerous tool for its civilization. All Islamic countries should spend three percent of their budget to eliminate the wrong perception about Muslims and Islam in the un-Islamic societies.
It was stated in the declaration that statement of Pop Benedicts to defame the Islam is a valid reason to increase gap between two followers of different religions.
It was also said that rallies would be held in different cities of the country to protect Holy Book. It was demanded in the meeting that meeting of National Assembly should be called on this agenda, adding that should make practical strategies to play role. The participants of the meeting said that they were ready to sacrifice their lives for the defense of Quran, adding that they would do their best efforts to spread Islam in the all corners of the world.
The participants of the meeting also demanded that Pakistani rulers should take serious steps for the defense of Quran according to sentiments of its people instead of accepting foreign pressure. It was also demanded in the meeting that all Islamic countries should tell America and Britain clearly that if they did not do the justice and punish Terry Jones, the Muslim countries would not respect any agreement. In the meeting ban on veil in France was also condemned and stated that it is violation of human and religious rights.
It is also demanded in the meeting that Muslim countries should pressurized Security Council to establish criminal laws for the defense of Holy Books and participants of the meeting condemned the attack on Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
