The women’s auxiliary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community held a free community health fair at the Ocee Library in Johns Creek on Saturday.

“The community offers such wonderful opportunities for us to benefit from and to take steps towards a healthier life. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Women’s Association wanted to give back to the community as our appreciation,” said Rehana Khan, Health Fair Coordinator.

The fair featured booths, activities and presentations designed to show attendees a good time while also educating them on how to lead healthier lives. Exhibitors included Sun Acupuncture, Millennium Healthcare, Fitness Together, renew Health, Illuminations Spa, Whole Body Systems and Studio 13 Fitness and a dietician.

Free health screenings such as blood pressure, BMI, hand reflexology and bone density were also provided along with children’s activities.
