Singapore: Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission exhibits Holy Quran at annual book fair

Visitors from Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Singapore, Cultural Mission, International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education who are also exhibiting Quran and books in Arabic showed a great interest in the Ahmadiyya stall.

An exhibition by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Singapore displayed the Holy Qur'ān translations in more than 50 languages at the Singapore Book Fair 2012.

Nasir Ahmad Burma reporting from Singapore says the atmosphere was enlightening at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre where the Book Fair started on May 25th and the exhibition will go on for 10 days.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim community in Singapore is not new to this annual Book Fair and their display can be found on level 4 of the convention centre, Nasir Burma wrote.

The Quran translations in fifty different languages and other Quranic Books, especially in Mandarin, are publicized.

A billboard citing verses 22:40 and 60:9 of the Holy Quran carried the subject of Ethics of War to further the educational aspect of the exhibition.

According to Nasir Berma many people running other stalls have shown an interest in the subject of the true meaning of Jihad.

Visitors from Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Singapore, Cultural Mission, International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education who are also exhibiting Quran and books in Arabic showed a great interest in the Ahmadiyya stall.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission stall is also giving away the book titled "Revelation, Rationality, Knowledge and Truth", a renowned book written by late, Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad for free.

The organizers say if the Exhibition is missed and someone would like to have a copy of the Holy Quran in their native language, you can order one at the Ahmadiyya bookstore at Masjid Taha, 118 Onan Road, Singapore, 424530.
