Khalifa of Islam arrives at Ahmadiyya Muslim National Headquarters in USA
Overcome with emotion as they saw their spiritual leader, the Ahmadi Muslims raised slogans praising God and offering salutations of peace and blessing upon the Holy Prophet Mohammad.

Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad greeted by 2,000 Ahmadi Muslims
Some 2,000 Ahmadi Muslims greeted Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, arrived at the Bait-ur-Rahman Mosque in Maryland at 9pm on 20 June 2012.
His Holiness is currently on his second tour of the United States since being elected as Khalifa in 2003.
Overcome with emotion as they saw their spiritual leader, the Ahmadi Muslims raised slogans praising God and offering salutations of peace and blessings upon the Holy Prophet Mohammad.
His Holiness led the assembled Ahmadi Muslims in the Maghreb and Isha prayers shortly after his arrival.
Earlier in the day, according the Ahmadiyya Muslim community press release, His Holiness departed from Columbus, Ohio and proceeded directly to Pittsburgh where he visited the graves of Ahmadi Muslims.
A number of Ahmadi Muslims are buried at the local cemetery, including at the grave of Mirza Munawar Ahmad, an Ahmadi Missionary, posted to the city in the 1940’s.
His Holiness visited the Nur Mosque in Pittsburgh also, where Omar Shaheed, the local President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and members of the community in Pittsburgh had gathered to greet the Khalifa.
“I am absolutely certain that the visit of the Khalifa will have a truly profound impact on the Ahmadi Muslims in our Jamaat," Omar Shaheed said. "It will lead to an everlasting change.”
