The Muslims for Life will hold their second annual blood drive campaign in the Capitol Rotunda on Wednesday.
The campaign is hosted by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA Oshkosh and Milwaukee chapters. More than 67 other branches will hold similar events across the United States, according to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
The blood drive will promote remembrance of the innocent lives lost during the September 11, 2001 attacks, said a press release.
State Representative Gordon Hintz of Oshkosh will help to support the blood drive, a press release said. The campaign hopes to involve multiple communities so that everyone has the opportunity to save lives and bring awareness.
