A week-long exhibition on the ‘life of Muhammad’ is currently on display at the Merton Civic centre.
The exhibition seeks to educate people on the meaning of Islam expressed by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA) A spokesman for the AMYA, said: “We are committed to making a positive contribution to society, and as part of this, we would like to promote the true meaning of Islam both as a religion and culture to the general public through various Islamic awareness programmes.
The MKA condemns all forms of terrorism and totally disagrees with the violent response of some Muslims to various recent events in the name of Blasphemy as they are completely against the practice of Holy Prophet (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).”
You can view the exhibition at the civic centre in Morden until Sunday.
