Women of all faiths, or those with questions about religion, are invited to a conference at the Milton Centre for the Arts Sunday, Mar. 9.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Milton branch is organizing ‘Status of Women in my Religion’, which is open to women only and runs from 2 to 6 p.m.
There will be speakers from the Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian and Islamic perspectives.
Admission is free and registration and refreshments will start at 2 p.m. Guests are encouraged to register online at eventsmilton@gmail.com to give organizers an idea of how many are expected to attend.
