On his annual tour to the Humanity First projects, the Amir of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat to The Gambia, Baba F Tarawally last Wednesday visited Humanity First Institute for Information Technology (HFIT), The Gambia branch at Kaw Junction, in Latrikunda Sabiji.

"This school has been doing good since its establishment and many youths are now working at highly recommended institutes and companies in The Gambia, and technology has transformed the world into a global village so I believe if you all take this field seriously, you will soon be well- recommended IT specialists," he told the students.

He further advised all students to be good Muslims and Christians, as they are the future leaders of the country. Finally, Amir seized the opportunity to congratulate Saffiatou Colley, the president of the Student Union of the school for winning His Excellency the President's quiz competition and then urged every other student to follow suit.

Sainey Jarju, the director of the school deliberated on lecturers' welfare and some of their challenges in the institute. Dangha, a lecturer, Saffiatou Colley, the president of the Student Union of the institute, among other speakers, thanked the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, as he urged the students to keep up the good work.
