The National Chief Imam has called on the security agencies to investigate persons who might be hosting the alleged evangelists of Pakistani Tablighi Jama'at suspected of terrorists activity in the country.

The national chief Sunni Imam Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu has categorically denied the suspects' claim and asserted his office has nothing to do with the arrested Pakistani nationals.
