California: Imam Zafarullah leads opening prayers for Chino Hills City Council Meeting
Imam encouraged the audience to pray for their spiritual uplift and asked all to cooperate with each other in doing good.

Imam of the Baitul Hameed Mosque in Chino, Mohammed Zafarullah, was invited by the Mayor of neighboring Chino Hills, Art Bennet, to lead the opening prayer for the Chino Hills City Council Meeting, at the Civic Center, City Counciul Chambers in Chino Hills, California, on May 10th, 2016.
After the traditional Pledge of Allegiance, Iman Zafarullah lead an Islamic prayers in Arabic with English translation, invoking God's blessings and guidance for all the participants,
Imam Zafrullah sought blessing from Almighty God for all the leaders of the Community that they may dispense their duties with fairness and justice. Imam asked the Beneficent and Merciful God to guide us on the straight path always, throughout our lives in our continued journey during our lives spent here on earth.
Imam encouraged the audience to pray for their spiritual uplift and asked all to cooperate with each other in doing good.
The program was attended by all the City Council Members including the Fire Chief and Captain from the Sheriff's Office. Students from Chino Hills High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team and Canyon Hills Junior High Robotics Team were honored by Mayor Bennett with certificates of Achievement for their excellent performance in Sports during the past year.
