A mobile exhibit on Islam travelling across Canada will be making a pit stop in Winnipeg this weekend.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at will be presenting the exhibit titled #MobileMuslims in front of the legislature, Sunday from 10 a.m. until noon.

Organizers said the aim is to remove misconceptions about Islam.

“In a world where unjust extremism is rampant, it is essential for Muslims to speak out and take the message of ‘Love for All, Hatred for None’ across the country,” the group said in a release. “Through this mobile exhibition we wish to celebrate all the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy as Canadian Muslims.”

The campaign started on July 13, in St. John's, Newfoundland and is expected to last about 40 days with stops in 25 Canadian towns and cities.
