BATALA: The three day International conference of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jammat began at Its International headquarters of Qadian town near here with hosting of Flag followed by the recitations of holy quran.
Thousands of Ahmadiyya delegates from different parts of the country and abroad particularly Pakistan are taking part in the congruence which would be continued till Tuesday.
The chief secretary of Ahmadiyya Muslim jamaat welcomed the participants of the convention and praised god. He said that the primary purpose of this convention is to enable every sincere individual to personally experience religious benefits. They may enhance their knowledge and due to their being blessed and enabled by Allah. The exalted their perception may progress. Among its secondary benefits is that this congregational meeting together will promote mutual introduction among all brothers and it will strengthen the fraternal ties within this community. After his speech Maulana Mohammad Inam Ghori took his hand for prayer in which jalsa participants joined the prayer ceremony.
The first speech of this historical event was delivered by Maulana Mujeeb Lone sahib, the professor of Jamia Ahmadiyya Qadian on the topic of existence of god in the light of divine help. He said that the purpose of the creation of man is the worship of god. The man should know the purpose of his creation. God has presented a lot of signs in support of his existence one of which is the successor of saints and prophets who in spite of being in minority triumphed over the big majorities of their enemies because god always helps his chosen ones.
The professor also mentioned the examples of some prophets and saints and the manner that how were they miraculously helped by god.
Supreme of Arya samaj Swami Agnivesh Agnihotri also spoke on this occasion about the inter religious tolerance and mutual harmony.
The third speech was made by Maulana Muneer Ahmad sahib Khadim, secretary of missionary works in India. The topic of his speech was the life of Prophet Muhammad in the light of his steadfastness. He said that where God has raised prophets, there he has also created satans also. It is because he may reward abundantly those who are steadfast in their belief. He also spoke about the beautiful teachings taught by prophet about tolerance and harmony and brotherhood among mankind.
It is worth mentioning the nearly 10 ,000 delegates from different parts of the country and abroad including 5000 from Pakistan are taking part in the conference. The community has made special arrangements for translation in various languages from Urdu for the assistance of delegates taking part in the conference.
