Members of Keighley’s Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA) took part in a 10k charity run and walk in London.
They were among volunteers from across the country who participated in the Mercy for Mankind event at Battersea Park.
The Keighley contingent included boys aged six and nine.
Organisers said the event raised several hundred thousand pounds for UK charities.
Among those present were the Secretary of State for International Development, Justine Greening, Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon and former England football goalkeeper, Peter Shilton, a charity patron.
Mr Shilton said: “It’s a genuine privilege to be involved in this event, which raises money for some fantastic charities and presents young Muslims in a positive light.
“The AMYA does some great work in communities.”
Leading up to the event, members held various fundraising initiatives in schools, football grounds and supermarkets.
Faheem Rahman, AMYA youth leader for Keighley, said: “Glorious weather, amazing charities, fantastic participants and a beautiful venue all made the Mercy for Mankind run a thoroughly enjoyable event. We are already looking forward to next year’s run.”
