India: All Religion Conference held on second day of Qadian Jalsa Salana

A large number of civic, political and religious leaders attended the program

On the second day of the 123rd Jalsa Salana Qadian, the All Religion Conference was held at Ahmadiyya Ground.

The President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Kababir, Haifa, Muhammad Sharif Odeh, chaired the function.

After the recitation of Holy Quran, Maulana Tanvir Ahmad Khadim of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at of India, addressed the Jalsa Salana participants. Maulana Khadim delivered his lecture in Punjabi language. In his address he said that Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamat presents the true teachings of Islam.

Member of Punjab Legislative Assembly, Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa, expressed his good wishes to the Jalsa Salana Participants. Bajwa appealed to the leader of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at, His Holiness, Mirza Masroor Ahmad -- who is in London -- to pay a visit to Qadian.

Member of Legislative Assembly and Education Minister of Punjab, Jathedar Sewa Singh Sekhwan, appreciated the Ahmadiyya Community for organizing the event.

Member of Punjab Assembly, Fateh Jang Singh Bajwa, also greeted the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community saying that the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamat is a peaceful jamat which is serving the humanity.

Ex-Cabinet Minister Punjab Master Mohan Lal, Ex-Speaker Punjab Assembly Darbari Lal, former MP Mohinder Singh KP, and MLA Batala Ashwani Sekhri, were among those who address the conference.

On this occasion Baldish Singh Toor General Secretary Punjab Pardesh Congress (I), Balwinder Singh Ladi MLA Shri Hargobindpur, Jathedar Sewa Singh Sekhwan Ex Cabinet Minister, Manmohan Singh Oberoy, Baba Daler Singh, Lakhwinder Singh Tehsildar Batala, SDM Batala, Sarabjeet Singh Gill President Lok Bhalae Party, Narinder Singh Sandhu, Balwinder Singh Shah, Gagandeep Singh Bhatia Municipal Councilor, Vijay Kumar MC, Dr. Raj Kumar Verka, Ashwani Sekhri Ex MLA and Gurinder Pal Singh Gora was present on this occasion.
