Japan's largest Bait-ul Ahad mosque to open November 20th in Tsushima city


Bait-ul-Ahad, also called The Japan Mosque, is the 1st purpose-built and one of the largest Ahmadiyya Muslim mosque in North East Asia, it has been reported.

In three weeks, Japan's largest mosque, Bait-ul Ahad, will formally open its doors in Tsushima city, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association of Japan has announced.

The Khalifa of Islam and the head of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad will inaugurate the mosque and lead the Friday prayers on November 20, 2015.

A formal reception ceremony is planned for Saturday, November 21st starting at 4:30 PM.

His Holiness Ahmad will deliver the keynote address at the reception ceremony.

Bait-ul-Ahad, also called The Japan Mosque, is the 1st purpose-built and one of the largest Ahmadiyya Muslim mosque in North East Asia, it has been reported.

The community says Bait-ul-Ahad would be an "adobe of peace" for every human being. "The doors of Bait-ul Ahad, the Japan Mosque, will always remains open for every human being who seeks the satisfaction of the heart."

The community seeks to establish a peaceful coexistence with mutual respect and understanding, and would like the Japanese people to know about the true and peaceful teachings of Islam.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Japan is one of the oldest Muslim communities in Japan which started its missionary activities in 1935. Ahmadi Muslims in Japan are well known for their humanitarian activities after Hanshin Awajidai Shinsai (Kobe earthquake) & Higashi Nihon Daishinsai.

The worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a dynamic, fast-growing international revival movement within Islam. Founded in 1889, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community spans 207 countries with membership exceeding 160 millions.
