Japan sees swift Ahmadiyya progress, popular Urdu newspaper reports


Many notable Ahmadiyya personalities had also reached Japan and joined Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad for the Baitul Ahad Mosque inauguration in the capital of Aichi Prefecture.

The Ahmadiyya community in Nagoya, Japan, is enjoying a fast growth, membership increasing from 300 to 500, in a short time span, Pakistan's popular Urdu newspaper, Daily Jang, has observed.

The community has built a new mosque in this forth largest city of Japan, which was inaugurated in November 2015 by the world head of the Ahmadiyya Jama'at, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad.

Many notable Ahmadiyya personalities had also reached Japan and joined Mirza Masroor Ahmad for the Baitul Ahad Mosque inauguration in Nagoya, the capital of Aichi Prefecture.

Reporting for Jang newspaper, correspondent Irfan Siddiqui said many Ahmadis of the Japan Ahmadiyya Jama'at are of Pakistani origin and due to the dangers to Ahmadi lives back home they have sought asylum in Japan.

The reporter further disclosed that an Ahmadi leader from Nagoya was detained by Pakistani authorities upon arrival in Islamabad. However, he was later released without any action, the newspaper added.

جاپان میں قادیانیوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ
ٹوکیو (عرفان صدیقی) جاپان میں مقیم قادیانیوں کی تعداد میں تیزی سے اضافہ دیکھا جارہا ہے جو  300؍ افراد سے بڑھ کر 500؍ تک پہنچ گئی ہے جبکہ جاپان کے چوتھے بڑے شہر ناگویا میں قادیانیوں کے لیے خصوصی عبادتگاہ کا قیام بھی عمل میں لایا جاچکا ہے  جس کے افتتاح کے لیے قادیانیوں کے رہنما مرزا مسرور احمد سمیت بڑی تعداد میں دنیا بھر سے سرکردہ قادیانی شخصیات جاپان پہنچیں تھیں ، جاپان میں مقیم قادیانیوں کا تعلق پاکستان سے ہے جبکہ جاپان میں مقیم قادیانیوں کی بڑی تعداد پاکستان میں زندگی کے خطرے کے ڈر سے جاپان میں سیاسی پناہ کی درخواست بھی دے چکی ہے۔واضح رہے کہ ناگویا کے اہم قادیانی رہنما کو پاکستان پہنچنے پر اسلام آباد سے حساس اداروں نے اہم معلومات کی بناء پرگرفتار بھی کیا تھا تاہم بعد میں ان کو رہا کردیا گیا تھا ۔
